Kanha Jungle Safari Timings – KANHAR WILD AGENCIES
KANHAR WILD AGENCIES offers well-organized 04×04 Open Jeep Safaris, the most effective way to explore the dense and scenic forests of Kanha National Park. These open jeeps allow visitors to experience wildlife sightings up close while enjoying the natural beauty of one of India’s finest tiger reserves.
Each safari is conducted in a 6-seater open jeep, accompanied by an experienced naturalist and trained driver, ensuring both safety and an enriching wildlife experience. Jeep safaris operate at fixed timings and are regulated to maintain ecological balance within the park.
Safari Zones at Kanha National Park
Jeep safaris are conducted across four designated zones:
- Kisli Zone
- Kanha Zone
- Mukki Zone
- Sarhi Zone
Safari entry permits can be booked online, through authorized tour operators like KANHAR WILD AGENCIES, or at the national park entrance gate, subject to availability. Vehicle charges and guide fees are separate from the entry permit.
Jeep Safari Schedule
A maximum of two jeep safaris per day is allowed:
- Morning Safari
- Afternoon Safari
Each vehicle accommodates:
- 06 passengers
- 01 Naturalist
- 01 Driver
- No charge for children below five years
The number of vehicles permitted per shift is limited; therefore, advance booking is strongly recommended to avoid unavailability.

Important Notes
- Afternoon jeep safari remains closed every Wednesday
- Both morning and afternoon safaris remain closed on Holi Festival (March)
- Safari availability is subject to forest department regulations
- Required Details for Safari Booking
To confirm your safari reservation with KANHAR WILD AGENCIES, the following details are mandatory:
- Full name of each visitor
- Age and gender
- Nationality
- Valid government-issued ID proof
- (Passport, Driving License, PAN Card, or Voter ID)
⚠️ Visitors must carry the original ID proof used during booking at the time of park entry.
